After my Fiance had a stroke our lives have changed dramatically. I was really scared that it would happen again, I felt very lost in my day to day activities and we were arguing a lot about things that could of been controlled in that moment but we didn’t know how to. I know my fiance felt the same way, probably worse.

I suggest to him taking a meditation class, thinking he wouldn’t but he did! Taking Anastajah’s meditation class we have become much happier together, less arguing and we enjoy our time together!

We are more calm and relaxed when situations of stress occur. She showed us techniques on how to handle any problems that arise and I know now that there is no use in worrying because everything is happening to make us better and stronger as a couple.

Our experience was very rewarding, we both found clarity of what we’re supposed to do with our lives. Our goals have changed dramatically and we can see all good things coming our way easy and effortlessly. Anesthesia coaching and experience with constellations amazed us. Learning to live in the moment is a true secret to lasting happiness. We will definitely do the course over and over again.

I attended a meditation class series led by Anastajah Razatos. She exuded a calm and inviting energy from the moment we arrived. The space itself was warm and peaceful. Anastasia explained different mediation techniques in a simple, accessible way, making it easy for me as a beginner.

One of the highlights for me was the moment of silence towards the end of the class. It gave me a sense of peace and connectedness, which I hadn’t experienced before. The class concluded with a few minutes of reflection, where we were invited to share any thoughts or feelings that came up during the session. It was a supportive environment, and it was nice to hear others’ experiences.

I left the class feeling more centered and present, and I appreciated how Anastsia emphasized the importance of incorporating mindfulness into daily life. I would definitely recommend this meditation class to anyone looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or simply experience a sense of calm.
